Job Description

Support the Business Finance team in quarterly forecasting and annual budgeting processes .

1-year contract.

Liaise with distribution channels and business leaders to align initiatives with company strategic direction.

Handle financial pattern analysis, performance metric tracking, and business case reviews .

Up to $6,500 per month.

The Opportunity Act as a strategic partner to our business leaders. You will go beyond the numbers to provide the "why" behind financial patterns and help steer the company's performance .
Key Responsibilities

• FP&A Core: Contribute to forecasting and budgeting by working closely with relevant functions to produce key financials .
• Strategic Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of financial patterns to enhance senior management's understanding of company financials .
• Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with distribution channels to monitor sales performance and distribution expenses .

What You Bring

• Education: Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or Business Administration .
• Experience: 4-6 years of relevant experience in insurance and performance management
