Job Description:
Siena University, an NCAA Division I institution and member of the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference, is seeking an Assistant AD/Compliance. This is a full-time, 12-month position with benefits. Responsibilities include: managing the day-to-day operations of an NCAA Division I compliance program; monitoring recruiting, eligibility, playing and practice seasons, personnel, awards and benefits, amateurism, rules education, MAAC and NCAA waiver submission, rules enforcement, ARMS management, and all other aspects of NCAA, MAAC Conference and Siena rules as they apply to Siena Universities 350+ student-athletes, 21 teams, and coaches.
The Assistant AD/Compliance serves on the senior management team. This position is part of the departments and universities risk management team and will have responsibility to University Council for matters related to broad University risk. This position may include sport oversight responsibilities.
Annual Salary: $62,410.00

Job Requirements:
A Master’s Degree and a minimum of one-year full-time compliance experience. The individual needs to have a working knowledge of NCAA rules, be proficient in Banner, ARMS, Process Maker and utilization of the NCAA Eligibility Center. The Assistant AD needs to have specific knowledge of NCAA financial aid calculations and application of NCAA progress toward degree requirements.
A background screening will be required.
