Job Description
As the Compliance & Audit Manager, you will be responsible for supporting and enhancing compliance, auditing and monitoring capabilities in North America, with a primary focus on fulfilling our audit and monitoring obligations under the relevant Corporate Integrity Agreement (the "CIA") and expanding best practices to other Businesses operating in North America.
At the direction of the Director of Compliance Risk, Audit and Monitoring, the Compliance & Audit Manager is responsible for applying the elements of an effective compliance program to develop, implement, and execute the Compliance Audit and Monitoring plan.
Your role:
- Participate in risk-based auditing and monitoring activities across North American operations to evaluate compliance with internal policies, the Code of Conduct for Interactions with HCPs, General Business Principles, Corporate Integrity Agreements (CIA), and other applicable standards. Conduct objective reviews of business processes to identify compliance risks, assess the effectiveness of internal controls, and evaluate overall program performance.
- Collaborate with Compliance Officers, team members, and business stakeholders to fulfill auditing and monitoring obligations outlined in Corporate Integrity Agreements (CIAs). Contribute to the drafting of compliance audit reports and the development of effective remediation plans. Support the design and implementation of annual Compliance Risk Assessments and Auditing & Monitoring Plans, with a focus on identifying and addressing risks related to participation in federal healthcare programs.
- Assist and support Compliance Officers and team members in meeting all Compliance Program requirements outlined in the Corporate Integrity Agreement (CIA), including Management Certifications, Covered Persons Training, and the development and implementation of CIA-related policies and procedures. Contribute to the creation of system-wide compliance programs, policies, and procedures to ensure adherence to applicable federal and state laws, regulations, and CIA obligations. Perform additional compliance-related duties as assigned.
You are the right fit if:
- You've acquired 3+ years of experience working as a Healthcare Compliance professional. This experience would ideally be in the areas of Healthcare Fraud and Abuse and other laws pertaining to interactions with health care professionals.
- Your skills include experience leading or executing a compliance audit plan under a Corporate Integrity Agreement. Also, requires proficiency with various databases such as SAP ERP, MS-Access, Excel, Power BI, and Concur Intelligence, and a strong understanding of U.S. healthcare laws and regulations.
- You have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Healthcare Administration or equivalent (required); Master's, Advanced degree or certification as CPA, CHC, JD or MBA (preferred).
- You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position .
- You're a strong communicator who thrives in complex, matrixed healthcare environments. You collaborate effectively across functions, aligning legal, compliance, and operational goals. With deep regulatory knowledge and audit expertise, you drive clear reporting, risk mitigation, and strategic action. You manage multiple compliance projects with strong communication skills and succeed in fast-paced, global settings.
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations.

Philips Transparency Details
The pay range for this position in Malvern, PA is $107,000 to $170,000.
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives, may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.
Additional information:
US work authorization is a precondition of employment. The company will not consider candidates who require sponsorship for a work-authorized visa.
Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position. For this position, you must reside in or within commuting distance to Malvern, PA.
