The Compliance Operations Associate coordinates operations and entity administration with meticulous attention to detail. The Compliance Operations Associate provides coordination and administrative support for our Corporate Services team, and reports to the Chief Financial Officer. This role will coordinate with the State and Local Government and Commercial Divisions. The Associate also maintains comprehensive records to guarantee regulatory compliance and accurate reporting. This position requires excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and communication to protect organizational interests while facilitating business operations.
Job responsibilities:

Oversee and support day-to-day activities of the organization's internal operations and assigned administration responsibilities.

Direct and deliver efficient procedures by managing processes, aligning teams, and optimizing workflows to support compliance operations.

Coordinate delivery of diverse contract documents including Master Subcontractor Agreements, SOWs, NDAs, and various partner and service agreements, soliciting review and input as needed from others.

Maintain jurisdictional compliance across multiple states, overseeing all required entity filings and regulatory documentation.

Analyze and ensure sales and use tax compliance across all applicable jurisdictions.

Support corporate governance initiatives and compliance requirements.

Coordinate Legal Department operations, implementing efficient systems for contract management, partner relations, and subcontractor oversight.

Execute strategic special projects as assigned by executive leadership.
Minimum Required Qualifications:

1-5 years of experience in public sector services and familiarity with contracting and compliance reporting.

1-5 years providing general administrative assistance.

Exceptional interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels

Must be capable of working in a demanding, deadline-driven environment.

Associate's degree in business, law, or related field; (e.g., CPCM) preferred
The compensation for this position is $70,000 to $90,000 per year depending on experience and qualifications. Employees are also eligible for performance-based bonus/ to participate in a performance-based incentive plan. This position is eligible for a benefits package including; medical, dental, vision, a 401(k) plan and company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, 7 paid holidays and flexible paid time off.
