This is a hybrid role.Job SummaryThe Pharmacy Quality and Compliance Coordinator is responsible for overseeing compliance and quality assurance for outpatient systems across all outpatient pharmacy areas. This role involves developing and managing outpatient pharmacy programs, coordinating training and ensuring adherence to accreditation standards. The coordinator will also support informatics tasks, manage system access, and contribute to the development and implementation of new pharmacy systems and workflows. Additionally, the coordinator will collaborate with various teams to create training materials, and standardize documentation to enhance operational efficiency and compliance within the pharmacy department.
