Job-Specific Experience, Education & Skills

Required

• 2 years of experience in data analysis, descriptive statistics or related area.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Aviation or in a related area or an additional 2 years of training/experience.

• Proven experience in data collection and analysis.

• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook and Tableau).

• Minimum age of 18.

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Preferred

• Pilot or Dispatch Certificate.

• SMS training.

• Experience with descriptive statistics and the ability to apply this knowledge to analyze operational data and identify trends.

• Ability to work with cross-divisional teams.

• Effective communication skills (e.g., verbal, written, and listening).

• Detailed oriented and highly organized, with ability to multi-task and work independently with limited guidance in a fast-paced environment.

• Knowledge of FAA regulatory oversight process.
