This position reports to the Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer and can be based anywhere in the continental United States. It requires very little to no travel.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Lead systems-related execution of compliance projects, with initial emphasis on ethics and compliance training program
- Partner with HR and IT to resolve any systems-related issues and to ensure technology works as intended
- Administer and project-manage Elastic’s ethics and compliance training program to seamlessly deliver training content to our employees worldwide, including required annual, new hire and ad hoc targeted training
- Operate Learning Management System to deploy and track assigned training courses, monitor completion, and generate training reports and statistics
- Administer follow-ups and reminders to facilitate timely completion of assigned courses
- Monitor the accuracy and integrity of data entered and maintained with the LMS and resolve data inconsistencies
- Provide support to employee LMS users
- Assist in development and delivery of online training modules and instructor-led training
- Perform administrative tasks to facilitate virtual instructor-led training (including scheduling, attendance documentation, and post-training assessments)
- Support and project manage risk assessments, compliance investigations, whistleblowing hotline, and other ethics and compliance tools and projects
- Collect and handle compliance program documentation and statistics, including policies, acknowledgments, risk assessment survey responses, compliance inquiries and certificates, etc.

Requirements
What You Bring Along:
- 5+ years of experience in a corporate training role, including at least 1-2 years working as an LMS administrator
- Experience working cross functionally, especially with HR and IT teams, and interest in building strong cross-functional relationships
- Experience with project management
- Sophisticated knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, as well as Google Documents, Sheets and Slides
- Ability to work independently in a demanding, fast-paced environment, and to handle ambiguity and rapidly shifting priorities with flexibility, persistence, and humor
- Ability to consistently deliver practical and thoughtful user-experience in a dynamic environment
- Strong work ethic, sound judgment and impeccable integrity
- Maturity needed to function well in a distributed team environment
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
Bonus Points:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience working in the corporate legal and/or ethics and compliance environments, ideally in high-growth companies
- Experience working with subject matter authorities and training content vendors to coordinate timely development of training modules
- Experience in operating and implementing training management and other compliance technology solutions, such as hotline, third-party management tools, or comprehensive GRC platforms
- Familiarity with SCORM technical standards as used for compliance training modules
- Familiarity with Workday HR tools
- Experience using data, metrics and communicating data in a way others find valuable
